We will exchange any product that is faulty. if you are unhappy with a product we offer a full 100% money back guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Mistakes on your bill

Please contact us in the unlikely event you discover a discrepancy on your bill from SHAVE.CO.NZ (see Card Statements above). If there is an error we will credit your card within 15 working days. Tax charges All items offered for sale include NZ GST of 15%. The purchaser is responsible for any other taxes (such as import tax) that may be levied if you order outside of New Zealand.
