A better oil for a better shave! King of Shaves Advanced Silicone Shave Oil Sensitive is formulated to give you a superbly close and comfortable shave. It delivers enhanced razor glide and excellent blade performance leaving your skin incredibly smooth, supple and moisturised, not dry and tight. It makes a great Beard Oil too!
HOW TO USE:
PREPARE: Give your stubble a good wash and soak. Wet stubble is so much easier to cut, which means less tug and pull, less irritation and more comfort so shave during (or straight after) a warm bath or shower. Cleanse face first with quality face wash or gentle exfoliating scrub.
Work 2–3 pumps of Shave Oil thoroughly into your beard, to ensure even coverage and to lift the stubble away from the skin. Pay particular attention to anywhere you get any shaving rash, remembering the bit of the shave prep that does all the work during your shave is the thin film-like barrier between your skin and the blade.
SHAVE: Using a clean sharp blade, shave carefully in the direction of hair growth taking care around the sensitive neck area. Take it slow and steady, rinsing the razor frequently to prevent clogging and to ensure you get the most bristles in a single pass. For heavy stubble or several days’ growth focus on short strokes and thorough rinsing. Shaving with the grain, in the direction hair grows, will reduce the tug and pull and lessen the chance of irritation. If closeness is a problem, re-apply Oil and then shave across the grain (XTG) in a second pass.
Tip: Only a few missed bristles separate a good shave from a great shave. Use your finger tips to feel for any missed bristles before you finish and rinse.
PROTECT: After shaving, thoroughly rinse off with cool clean water as this helps close up the skin’s pores. Pat dry and protect skin immediately with a moisturiser or balm.
Wet Electric: After cleansing, massage in 1–2 pumps of Shave Oil and shave as normal.
Dry Electric: Massage 1–2 pumps of Oil onto clean dry skin. Wait 30 seconds, then shave as normal.
Store in a cool place out of direct sunlight.
Keep out of reach of children.
BEARD OIL INSTRUCTIONS:
Our Shave Oil also works as a highly effective conditioning Beard Oil. It helps prevent any unwanted itching or scratchy feeling and leaves your beard with a healthy shine.
Apply to a clean and towel dried beard. As a rule of thumb for a small beard you will need 1–2 pumps of Oil, a medium beard 3-5 pumps, and a big beard 6+. Don’t use too much, better to start with less, you can easily add more.
Pump Oil into your palms and then massage into beard, starting at the top and working down (with the grain), then working up from the bottom (against the grain) using your fingers like a large comb. Finish off by combing through holding the comb at 90 degrees to your beard so it fully penetrates the beard, not just the top layer. For more shine add a little more Oil.
Dimethicone, Cyclopentasiloxane, Dimethiconol, Cyclotetrasiloxane, Trimethylsiloxyamodimethicone, Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Oil, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Oil, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Cananga Odorata Flower Oil, Eugenia Caryophyllus (Clove) Leaf Oil, Pogostemon Cablin Oil, Ocimum Basilicum (Basil) Oil, Cedrus Atlantica (Cedarwood) Bark Oil, Pinus Palustris Oil, Cinnamomum Camphora (Camphor) Bark Oil, Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil, Benzyl Salicylate, Eugenol, Geraniol, Benzyl Benzoate, Farnesol, Linalool, Limonene.

I`ve used this shave oil for years and found it the best! thought it had gone from the market so is good to have found a supplier!
I had actually given up shaving and grown a beard because I could no longer get product from the supermarket!

The original shave oil was great for shaving, but it appears to have been changed to a "New 100% Natural Formula". You can still shave with it, but it takes twice as much, and the shave is just OK. It's a shame.

I have been using for years and I now won't use anything else. I have to now buy online as no supermarkets in our area now stock it worth the effort though.

I love this oil, I use it sometimes by it self when shaving, it does not take up too much room in the toilet bag for travel.
I also sometimes if the bristles are a little longer will put it on for 30seconds and then use the shave gel to get an even better shave.

Seriously, 2 squirts of this and I get a fantastic smooth shave, it’s easy to spot any missed areas and it leaves my skin soft, not dry or irritated, and not greasy either. Lasts forever, brilliant for travel as it’s so small. Nothing comes close to it for a smooth friction free shave.

I have shaved with an electric razor for 60 years and over that time have sometimes found it difficult in sourcing an economical pre-shave treatment until I found Kings Advanced Shaving Oil at me local supermarket. The product works extremely well when shaving with an electric razor and at a cost of less than $10.00/75-100 shaves hits the spot cost wise.
